Hello Mohamed,
It is very unfortunate and disappointing to see this review, please allow us to clarify the derogatory and misleading statements you have made. Considering that you are our one and only negative review, we don't want our current and future clients to be misled by you.
*A few months had passed and then we realized he did not run a dedicated circuit for one of the sockets so we reached out to him to get it rectified - correction, the work was completed in January and you reached out to us in June, half a year later. We ran a dedicated 15 amp GFCI protected receptacle to your master bathroom giving you the dedicated circuit you required to resolve your issue with using 2 blow dryers
*He immediately responded suggesting that he discussed it with us and because of the damage it would cause to run the wire, we agreed not to proceed - correction, I responded confirming that in fact we had run a dedicated 15 amp GFCI protected receptacle to your master bathroom, but as we had discussed, it was not possible to give you the second receptacle in the bathroom to the right of the sink without cutting open your drywall and causing repair work in your master bathroom. You then reasonably agreed that you had no intention of performing patchwork in the bathroom, and considering that you did have a new dedicated 15 amp receptacle to the left of the sink as opposed to the right of the sink, the issue had been resolved as promised.
*Rather that work with us to address the issue, his suggestion was just to use another outlet in the washroom and wasn't prepared to discuss any other options - correction, Finesse Electric was more than willing to provide you with an additional receptacle in you master bathroom. my suggestion was not to just use another receptacle in the bathroom, it was to use the dedicated 15 amp GFCI protected receptacle we had installed for you to the left of your sink. What were the other options exactly that you suggested that we were not willing to discuss?
*We ended up not getting the dedicated outlet - correction, you got the dedicated 15 amp GFCI protected outlet that you were quoted, on the left side of the sink, resolving the main issue of not being able to use 2 blow dryers.
*Very disappointing. I would be careful when using Finesse Electrical. You will need to monitor them very closely to ensure the work that you requested is actually completed before they leave the job site. - very disappointing indeed, but not for the reason you mentioned. The company name is Finesse Electric. If you were not satisfied with the work, and you addressed that within a reasonable time frame, we would have been happy to ensure your satisfaction, as we at Finesse Electric strive to do the best for our clients.
Thank you Mohamed
