It would have been our fifth summer with bats but lucky am I to have met and dealt with Benjamin. During our first telephone conversation Benjamin understood my horrid situation before I had a chance to explain. Benjamin (and Chris) worked for 8 hours non-stop!! Their commitment, professionalism, knowledge,care and kindness has left me totally impressed! And, may I add, all done with a smile and a sense of humor...too funny! I can't thank you enough, Benjamin. Since you've left so have my little critters!!!! Gracias Amigo!
