We purchased our pool from Don 36 years ago and Bremner Pools has been our service, maintenance and equipment source ever since. The entire staff is polite, knowledgeable and very capable - from the office to the parts and equipment and, finally, the installations crew. We had a complete refurbishing of our pool carried out in 2009 and the job was completed within a week with fantastic results. Very impressed with the entire North Shore team. The appointments were on time, the estimates were straight-forward and easy to follow. Ideas were presented to improve our existing set-up and our requirements for special additions were completed. The LED lighting didn't quite meet our expectations, so the lights were swapped out for different brightness at no charge. The installers were very respectful of our property and left it in perfect condition upon completion of the project. Happy to recommend North Shore to anyone needing their products. We wish all contractors were as well-prepared, efficient and polite as this whole team!
