I had high hopes, based on the highs costs. The cleaners were late and did not do a good enough job at all. The support staff in my opinion are defensive in an unproductive manner. This company was referred to me by a friend and it seems they are content to rest on the laurels of old clients and seem not to care about embracing new ones. EPIC fail.
