They installed 9 new windows in our 1966 home. They leaked air around the outside of the insert window. When I complained to them they came out and put additional sealant on the inside of the window. My thought is if its done right the air shouldn't be getting to the inside seal, was there even insulation installed and what about the water tightness of the outside capping???? Even with that fix they still leak and the sealant is puling as mroe and more air escapes in. I am sick of them treating me like we are stupid. We are engineers for *$!% sakes.
