Having just bought a new house, we walked into the Mississauga showroom in January and spoke with the owner Paul. By the May 18th weekend we were swimming in a gorgeous pool with a spill over spa and waterfall. Amazing service! The pool was planned according to our original budget and refined along the way, coming in about 10% over - due to our decisions which were agreed along the way. The various crews were well coordinated and maintained good communication with us. They were polite and checked various points along the way. I was most impressed by the fact that they cleaned up at the end of the day when they must have been tired (eg. washing down the road and sidewalks - our neighbours all appreciated this). We were able to escalate minor issues along the way effectively by coordinating with the designer, Matt. We had a few teething issues with the equipment when we initially got the pool going but these were fixed promptly.

- Make sure to take the lead when dealing with a problem with equipment from your suppliers, especially when newly installed - don't leave the homeowner trying to deal with getting stuff shipped etc.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Understand that you need to be available to make decisions and that small issues/changes will inevitably come up on a big project like this. Discuss with the company how to escalate issues if you are not happy, and do it promptly, not complain at the end.
