Outside Door Replacement Failure
Booked outdoor door replacement October 22. I had to ask every single person they sent out to wear a mask, this company does not seemed concerned about Covid. I was assured the install would be done by January. I had to call them Feb 22 to remind them about me, they had completely forgotten about our order. The door install was good, but they destroyed the storm door reinstall and failed to install hardware properly. I was out of town for work, so they easily hid this from my wife. Called and sent pictures Friday 9AM, was assured install manager would contact me. Of course, no one called. I'll just fix it myself as I have no trust in this company. Was going to get our windows done, but the management of Green Fox needs improving. The install tradesman actually did a fantastic job on the door, but literally everything else to do with this company was a disaster

Unfortunately, when we have to re-use the old storm door that was installed before and was in use for many years, it may never be as good as new. We are glad to hear that you are happy with our door and installation crew. We are sorry you have not received the service that you expected. We do apologize for getting back to you not the same day but the next business day, unfortunately, we don’t work on the weekends and could not respond to you sooner than Monday.
