DONT KNOW WHERE TO START.. THIS GUY HAS A LOT OF LETTERS AFTER HIS NAME, AND HAS ALL THE LITERATURE, BUT HE IS A DEAL KILLER AND THINK HES WORTH $500.00 PER HOUR TO BOOT. TECHNICALLY HE IS A 9, BUT PERSONALITY, JUDGEMENT, FAIRNESS, OBJECTIVITY, BALANCE, AND ULTIMATELY VALUE, THIS GUY IS A 3. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF COMPETENT, FRIENDLY, INTELLIGENT INSPECTORS OUT THER WHO REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING FOR ALL OF ONTARIO, AND NOT JUST THE SMALL HAMLET OF BRESLAU WHERE THIS GUY IS FROM. SHOP AROUND FOLKS, YOU WONT BE SORRY. I WOULD NEVER USE HIM AGAIN , OR RECOMMEND HIM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. IN A WORD INFURIATING!!!!! DAVE

Obviously you are the agent and the deal fell through. Sorry for your loss. I work for my clients and it is their decision on weather they can afford the house or not. You are right technically I am a 9. I explain the deficiencies of the house to my client and they chose to purchase the house or not. Some times it is not.
