I had bought an old Condo where the ceiling was in really bad shape. I had reached out to a few companies but when I spoke with Mustafa he offered the lowest price by far. It was also fantastic that they accepted payment at the end of the job. For the most part my ceilings do look lovely, but I'm only giving them an 8 since it took several attempts for both Tyler and Mustafa to come in and get things right. I think a lot of the work they did was during the day and when the sun hits the ceilings, you don't see any grooves or dips that were missed - you only see them at night with the lights on so the shadows can be seen. However Mustafa and Tyler did come in a few times to ensure I was happy with the work, and they were very nice guys who worked very hard. Overall they delivered for a very fair price, but I do encourage two things - 1) do a final review of the work in the evening with the lights on to ensure the ceilings are as flat as possible before they head out and 2) ensure that painters tape is lined at the top of all the walls (when they were painting my ceilings they left a lot of dried up paint on the top of my walls that I had to spend hours sanding down myself).

I purchased an older condo that needed to be renovated. After experiencing several issues with unprofessional contractors, I came across Square Footage and immediately knew this was a company with a great deal of professionalism that took great pride in the work they do and how they treat their clients. I was fortunate enough to work with their Senior Designer Laura, who was absolutely wonderful and helped renovate my space within my budget. She and John, along with their other contractors came out to see my space and assess what work needed to be done (full kitchen renovated, floor tiling, new interior doors, new vanity in my bathroom, etc). Laura then moved forward with designing a lovely kitchen for me, selecting beautiful samples for my tiled floor and provided direction on paint colours and fixtures for both my kitchen and bathroom. She pushed me out of my comfort zone, and as a result I have a stunning kitchen, resulting in a few friends copying for their own renovations! She was also very patient with me and was very responsive to my concerns and questions. Besides the design process, Steven was the carpenter who worked in my home and he was fantastic. Since I'm in a condo there are many rules to adhere to, and Steven along with all the other contractors followed them without fail. Guy their tiler is a miracle worker! Overall I'm so glad I found Square Footage - they turned my nightmare of a fixer upper and turned it into my dream home. Without the slightest hesitation I would recommend this team of professionals to anyone who wanted to work with designers and contractors who are passionate about what they do, complete the work they say they will do on time and within your budget, and care about your home as much as you do.

After renovating my condo, I needed to purchase blinds for my space. I found Supershade online and called to inquire about their products and spoke to Joy. She was very helpful and sent me numerous quotes for the various products I was interested in for my space. I visited their store which was very clean and had a nice variety of Hunter Douglas products on display (they only sell Hunter Douglas). Joy was even kind enough to lend me some samples so I can take them home to help make my decision on fabric and colour - this was one of the key reasons why I chose Supershade since no other company had such a well stoked show room or would allow samples to leave (especially without some form of down payment). By providing this option I was able to test various samples in different rooms and see how they reacted with different lighting throughout the day. I then had Stefano (one of the owners) come out to see my space and measure, where he stayed for almost 2 hours and the visit was not charged. Stefano was extremely knowledgeable about Hunter Douglas and gave excellent recommendations. I also had the pleasure to interact with his wife Lauren who scheduled the appointment for their installer Garfield to come in and do a final check before the installation. Like Stefano, Lauren was also very helpful in providing feedback on the product I was looking at. Pricing was competitive to other companies, especially for Hunter Douglas products. Supershade also delivered on time with no issues or errors with my order. For installation, Garfield was their installer and he is absolutely wonderful. I live in an older condo so my ceilings are very uneven and he was still able to get my blinds to look as levelled and beautiful . He was professional, personable, kept my space clean and removed all packaging the blinds came in. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience with Supershade and my blinds look beautiful. Without any hesitation I would recommend Supershade to anyone looking for high quality blinds and professional service and installation.
