I appreciated that Alif explained the options that were available, and investigated several suppliers to try to find parts to go with the existing plumbing. He also looked over some work we had had done by another company and identified that it wasn't to code, so I was able to get that company to come back and fix the problem.

Kyle was prompt and efficient. He was great about communicating what the options were and answering my questions. Our original idea/resources for what we wanted done changed, and Kyle was flexible about continuing to working with us and scaling back to meet our budget.
