We have been waiting 4 yrs for our landscaping to be fixed. Sod put down straight over limestone. Limestone leeching into garden killing everything. Driveway edging has shifted a lot. Flagstone placed too far apart and hard sand filler coming away in chunks. We were told by TWG that they let the crew who did our work go, but they never fixed the problems except once they came and added more flagstone. Todd was only on the job site to put in steps and he never signed off on the final project. Every summer we are told they will fix it, and every summer passes with nothing. This wasn't a big job but it was important and costly for us. Such a disappointment.

Two sides to every story; Job completed 2010 on a budget to install your product. Todd returned after warranty period per your request and fixed contrary to this post. He also explained the grass needing water due to drainage face to face with you. We do not use Limestone(never have). You wanted them to use your mothers flagstone and would not let them cut to fit. Base under anything should be wider than job to sustain it...therefore grass needs to be watered more as natural screenings drains well. Perhaps you need to water more. Natural Screenings will not kill your plants either as they are "Natural"
