Prior to Covid I received three quotes from three different companies to develop our basement. Bo from Reimagine was by far the most reasonably priced and easiest to deal with. A few months later after the curve started to flatten we decided to go ahead with the development and they honoured the original pricing no prob. Peggy, Bo's assistant and project manager, emailed me the schedule and things started within days! Took a bit of leg work on my part to hit a few suppliers to pick out my selections, but every supplier I saw had only great things to say about the Reimagine team (plus I knew my quote was a good price when I wasn't paying for the company's overhead of a flashy show room like some other developers). Every contractor who entered my home was courteous and careful. The project was quoted at 8 weeks, finished on time and was on budget too! Their basement package included everything we needed, but we did upgrade a few items all for reasonable prices. Towards the end there were a couple deficiencies noted and they were completed the next day! Can’t say enough great things about this company. If you’re considering a reno or development, look no further than Reimagine Builders!

The crew was professional, friendly, extremely accommodating, very fast and efficient, hard working (for 8 hours straight!) and took very good care of our belongings ensuring that the house was well protected. We had loads to move: 3 bedroom house, two deep freezes, 3 large gun safes and lots of other heavy items and tools. We had 4 guys and one large truck rented on an hourly basis for the inner city move. This was the first time I ever hired movers and I was worried that they might take multiple breaks and drag out the time since they're paid hourly etc Not these guys! They barely stopped for coffee when I brought them a round. During the drive to the new house, they stopped for a 30 minute lunch and were back at it in no time. They were so efficient at getting every item exactly where we wanted it, even when most items went into storage in the basement. They ran up and down those stairs with no complaints, these men were on a mission! They stacked items how we asked, ensured to step only on their floor protection mats, rearranged items after I changed my mind, all with great enthusiasm and cheerfulness. They sure take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Highland Moving to anyone I know in need of moving services. It was money very well spent and I can't say enough about how pleased we were throughout the entire process. Thank you Highland!!! I have moved myself with help of friends and family before. Usually takes up an entire weekend and the next week we are sore from all the heavy lifting. Not this time. We spent one 8 hour day directing the movers, then had loads of energy to start unpacking! We were moved in and unpacked by the end of the weekend. Best. Move. EVER! Well worth the money.
