Good service from start to finish. I had a new Rheem hot water tank installed and I received fast responses for quotes on various hot water tanks (different sizes and tankless). Michael went out of his way to do a home visit shortly after I confirmed I would like to go ahead and they got installers to my house quickly as didn't have hot water. The two techs - Adam and Ross, made sure I knew what was happening and were prompt to alert me of issues. In my case the master water shut off was seized so they could not turn off the water. They also ensured the floors were covered to prevent dirt or damage from occurring. After the install and after the techs left, I noticed that one of the vents prevented my dryer from opening fully. I contacted Abbey Air and they fixed the issue for me ensuring my dryer door opens fully. While this install was not flawless, they fixed the problem quickly and were always easy to deal with.

I purchased a new garage door and had it along with an opener installed. I worked with Antony who was very quick to call me when I first inquired about the new door. He made an appointment with me that worked with my schedule and answered all of my questions/provided all of the information I needed. For items he was not totally sure about he contacted someone in the office to ensure he provided me with accurate information. The garage door was installed on the date that I scheduled with Dodds and the installer arrived well within the suggested arrival time. I made sure he was okay and had what he needed before I left for work. I arrived home to a clean work site, with the new door and opener installed. The installed programmed everything as expected and the remotes were left where he said they would be. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and experience with Dodds.
