Had a washing machine that wouldn't drain. After trying to correct this myself I turned to Homestars and found Cascade Appliance Services. They are fantastic - prompt replies and were at my house the next day right when they said they would be. Absolutely would recommend and would use again if needed.

Called Victory mid morning, and within a matter of hours Tom turned up to solve my problem. I was given a window of 1-2pm and Tom was there right after 1, so the punctuality was appreciated. He installed a new lock within half an hour and even recommended new hinges for the door and advised for me to get those at Home Depot. Tom was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. I will be calling Tom any time I have a similar issue and will be recommending his services to everyone I know. Absolutely worth every dollar. Accepts all forms of payment as well - cash, credit, cheque or money transfer. Thanks Tom!
