Paul's inspection was extremely thorough and definitely worth the fee. As first-time home-buyers we thought we knew a reasonable amount about inspecting our suite but he found a few major gotchas. I would never have thought to test electrical outlets to make sure they worked (a third of ours did not) and he pointed out that although the rubber hoses for our laundry equipment met the spec that we should upgrade them as soon as possible to cable-wrapped to avoid future problems. He was on-time and dealt with the less-than-happy builder in an extremely professional but firm manner. I would highly recommend Paul's services to anyone.
