We recently moved into a new property and it became apparent right away that the renovations we fell for were done COMPLETELY wrong. Aaron just left my home and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders! He reviewed everything with me, showed me what was done wrong and did thorough testing to ensure all leaks were gone after the repair. He is clearly very smart and knows what he is talking about. He was also super nice which was an added benefit :) If I ever needed help again I would call them in a heartbeat! The communication from start to finish with their reception was equally excellent!

In a word, AWESOME! Rob came out to inspect our home yesterday and his professionalism was evident right away. He takes pride in his work, was very thorough and talked to us a lot about different issues in our home. I was lucky enough to find him through Homestars so I'm hoping whoever reads this review is the same!

We have been using 416-SO-CLEAN to clean our carpets for a few years now. The cleaning itself has always been excellent and their staff are very friendly, professional and always on time.

We needed desparately to have our carpets cleaned and I had been putting it off because I didn't know who to call. The last company that "cleaned" our carpets left splatter marks all over the walls and a sticky residue that made your socks stick to it. Then I found Homestars and called Adel - he arranged to fit me in the following day and my carpets look GREAT! What a night and day difference to the last company we chose. He talked to me about the state of my carpet, left behind materials on how to care for the carpet and even got out paint stains that have been here since we moved in that I was told would never come out. They treated me AND my home like royalty, did a very professional job and even left me a little bag with some spot cleaner, fridge magnets and some little chocolates. What a nice touch!! I won't use anyone else now that I know what real service is like.
