Brent went out of his way to come and inspect a potential property I was interested in. He arrived on time and spent 3 hours of solid work completing the inspection. He inspected the house from top to bottom including climbing on the roof and up into the attic. The garage was being used as a storage unit without any space to even move, Brent managed to make his way in and inspect an extremely tight spot. Some of the issues identified were overlooked by me but Brent was able to point out what needed immediate attention and what could be put off for a while. The best thing about the inspection is that Brent explains everything while going through the property. The report provided was extensive and detailed. No stones unturned I would say. I would be more than happy to recommend Classis home inspections to anyone looking for a detailed home inspection from an extremely professional individual.
