While I cannot imagine any time that having a mother raccoon living in your attic is not a "911" scenario, our personal situation was especially dire and required immediate attention. While we slept, she apparently decided to rip off a vent in our soffit and use it as a "back door" to get back into her nest. We noticed the damaged vent the following morning as well as hearing the sadly familiar sound of footsteps in our attic yet again! Well as soon as I notified Phil and his team, they returned immediately the same day and evicted the raccoon and her babies and then set to work sealing off virtually every single possible access point into our attic, including all roof vents, areas where different areas of roofing shingles met, etc. They essentially locked up my attic like Fort Knox. Well, with my raccoon problem now solved, I was able to list my home for sale immediately and successfully sold the home very quickly. There is simply no way this would have happened if Phil and his team had not resolved this issue as quickly as they did.
