Dave from Reliable become naturally one of my choice. I called Dave for an estimate. He came in and looked my home, given a written estimate. No upselling pressures but he was able to sit with me and assess my heating and cooling needs. It was very professional experience. On the day of installation, Jamie and Andrew did a wonderful job for us. Jamie has to come back next day to finish some of the work. He did it with a smile. Since our home is an old construction, both Jamie and Andrew has to sweat a lot to run the pipes to outside through tight spaces, tearing of some wall, and redo some duct work to put the high efficiency furnace. They did it and for our surprise, Dave honoured his original invoice. I don't even have to mention about it. All together, I would rate reliable as the most reliable home haeting company... and add on they offered me free yearly tune ups for my furnace and AC for 10 years apart from the 10 year warranty on their products.
