Skylight replacement and roof repair
The skylight was installed expertly and the rubber dam installed fine. This did not stop the rain from coming in, however. After several callbacks they diagnosed the problem as water backup from a small eavestrough that had no drain so backfill leaked under the shingles. I'm not sure if that was the problem in the first place...and the water damage needed to be repaired twice.
