Never thought that I could afford a permanent metal roof on my pension and for my little fixer upper house. Cost was in fact very affordable versus life span of asphalt. Still getting lots of enquiries/compliments more than a year after install. The polite hard working crew treated my home and property as if it was a mansion on an estate. House is noticeably more comfortable during hot weather without the a/c on.
