John and his son cleaned and repaired the grout lines in our walk-in shower. It looks new again! Also, the floor tiles and grout on our 2 bathrooms, kitchen and entry were cleaned and polished. We had a dishwasher leak that seeped under a counter and severely damaged a large piece of our hardwood floor. The floor was engineered hardwood glued over a cork underlay, which was glued on concrete. Andre spent considerable time and effort to determine if there was a way to replace only the damaged wood. Eventually, we had to replace the entire living/dining area. Andre prepared a complete itemized quote and the work was done on time and on budget. The finished project was immaculate and professional. Unexpected extras included adding doorway thresholds that were not present before, moving larger pieces of furniture, repairing and refinishing minor dings to drywall that were unavoidable when removing the glued-down material, and a cleaning service to handle any dust that remained. Throughout the project, Andre was readily available for status updates and questions. He is professional, honest and accommodating.
