Builder took over 4 yrs to build the condo, and when moving day came we still had no carpets. Customer service is not good. Too many promises not kept for example the pool which has been out of service for the majority of the time we've lived there, the sauna caught on fire and extended to the party room. Who did they hire for the electrical work and plumbing?
