I just wanted to say thank you for your honesty and integrity with regards to your quote for the replacement of our existing sunroom. The material, the expected installation date and the entire process involved with the installation of our new sunroom was just as you described. We would also like to thank all of the crew that involved in the installation. They did an amazing job. Upon their arrival, they introduced themselves, put down the floor protection, brought their tools and the project materials through the house and into the yard. First they began with the construction of a temporary wall, complete with a door to protect us and the house from the weather and then they completely removed the old structure and started the preparation work for the new installation. All of this was completed the first day with courtesy, care and concern for us and for our property. The vast majority of the project was completed by the end of the third day. They returned the following day to complete the work involved with the interior of our sunroom. He made every effort to insure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. A special thanks to your installers for there attention to detail and all who were involved in our project...they were all very competent and professional. We are very pleased with quality and installation of our new sunroom and I would highly recommend Complete Home Concepts and Patio Enclosures to anyone who is considering a new sunroom or to replace an existing one. With all the horror stories you hear about regarding installation or renovation rip-offs, it's refreshing to deal with a company that does everything right.
