I had a leak in the roof over a second floor stairwell in my home for 6 months. The installing roofer had been back 4 times, and was unable to find the problem. I submitted an online contact with Mr Roof Repair, and heard back the same day. The rep who called was helpful, explained what the company was about, and told me what I could expect. Within a few days, a crew of 2 were at my house to assess the problem. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. In short order, they had performed the assessment on my roof, gave me an overall impression of the general condition, and specific information as to what appeared to be causing the leak. A couple of days later, I received the complete assessment, along with the suggestion and estimate for the permanent repair. I contacted the company again to go ahead with the repairs, and a scheduling rep called me back soon after. I wasn't home at the time of the repair, but the work site was completely clean when I returned, just the way it was before. The repairs had been done. The week following the repairs, there were many days with heavy wind and very heavy rain, and there hasn't been any leaking, or even dampness at the problem site. I have absolute confidence that it's been fixed, and fixed properly. Only wish I'd made the right call 6 months ago, when the problem started. Highly recommend this company to anyone, and will use again, should the need ever arise.
