My mother asked that I call to have her service disconnected as she no longer requires an alarm. I spoke to Abdi ext. l35 who was most helpful in assisting me. There is a $50 charge to come to my mother's house to disconnect and take away the service, but Abdi was good enough to suggest that if my mother was a senior, which she is, that there was a discount to $37.50, but what made my experience truly exceptional was that Abdi then went the extra mile and asked that I wait on the line while he checked a promotion, and then told me they would waive the entire charge. He also confirmed that if we could schedule a visit before May 20th that my mother would not have to pay the June installment. Abdi then connected me to the direct line scheduling tech department, where I spoke with a Jeremiah, who made an appt. at this same time. I was so impressed with everyone's ability to address my concerns during one phone call. My mother particularly appreciates Abdi's efforts to save her some money as she is on a fixed income.
