They did a great job. Steve took ownership over our jobs to ensure everything was taken care of, worked properly and that we were happy customers. Steve and the rest of the team treated our home like it was his and took care of my belongings. All of the work done was top-notch and he provided good advice for service options - I never felt like he was trying to up-sell us on a product or service. We ended up replacing a heat trace which we just purchased with one from Steve. He explained the problem with the other one and why it wouldn't work. Given the winter we had with the cold and thaws I am so thankful we changed it up. The team cleaned up after themselves. We are very satisfied customers and would recommend them. We also love their logo!

Amazing service - project manager Helen kept me informed and coordinated trades. Thrilled they fit us in and completed the job prior to the snow. When the driveway was already demoed we were waiting for concrete but rain stalled the job. Elite came onsite after my call to install water pumps to ensure the integrity of the base and that my property wasn't damaged by water. Finished product as promised. Rafi who I dealt with directly with the contract and payment was helpful, nice and accommodating. I'd recommend them for any concrete job and I'd use them again.
