2017 Update Just around the 2 year mark of our basement we began to notice baseboards cracking away from the wall. Starting over a year ago, yes one year, we have tried contacting Planit to ask about warranty or how to remedy the situation. As we are now dealing with a mold issue in one of our storage closets I cannot confidently referral anyone. I'm hoping after my fourth call this month someone will answer or return my call and assist me to get this resolved, I'm not looking for a free repair I'm wanting a professional company to advise on how to remedy the difficiency of their workmanship. When you pay $45k+ for a service a simple call back is appreciated. John, our site coordinator, made the entire process a great one. He was friendly yet professional, always in communication with us about progress, delays and was always prompt to answer our questions and ensured we were happy with the work being done. We were pleased with the quality of construction, and the ease of the design process. I also appreciated the designer coming to our house to pick the design selections and offer her opinion on detail. After the build had been completed I wished I would have chosen to go with a carpet upgrade but that is nothing I fault PlaniT for and am happy enough with the standard carpet we picked.
