We did an extensive full basement renovation including finishing unfinished space, adding new HVAC, brand new plumbing, custom millwork and finishes, and new electrical work. Vito did an excellent job solidly building all the bones so that the finishing part (paint, flooring, fixtures) was easy. He also managed all the various trades that were in and out based on progress and things ran seamlessly. Vito is super knowledgeable, experienced and willing to answer and explain any and every question, no matter how trivial. He is flexible and innovative, as he would come up with great ideas when we ran into unexpected snags. In the end, they never really felt like obstacles at all. He is patient, courteous, kind, tidy (kept a neat and clean job site) and always willing to help. He is quick to get back to you when you send a message with a question (even after the job’s been completed for a few months, he still answers my texts and calls right away). We enjoyed working with Vito so much because he takes the time to understand how to make your space work for your family, he does the job right, works very hard and takes real pride in his workmanship. I would highly recommend to do your next home reno.

Fix-My-House did a wonderful job making my newly purchased home into exactly what I wanted before I moved in. Allan and his team are very detail-oriented and aim to please. They worked so hard to get the bulk of the work done in a short amount of time before we moved in so that we weren't moving into a big mess. Allan listened to my vision and worked well with me on coming up with the best way to execute it within the limits of my budget, timeframe and amount of work that would be required. He is also very up front and clear about costs at the beginning and throughout the project so that at the end, you aren't slammed by an unexpectedly costly bill. Allan is also His prices are reasonable, especially for the quality of workmanship you get. His team is hardworking, courteous, and well-trained in their respective fields. I will definitely be using Fix-My-House for future projects and would highly recommend them!

I hired Ty to clean the carpets of my sister's new house - over 1000 sqft of carpet that has not been cleaned in over 11 years. He worked so hard at making sure the carpets were cleaned as much as possible and he even got some very stubborn stains out. Ty is absolutely the best price for the best service! Would recommend him to anyone who needed their carpets cleaned and plan on using him again!

My Rinnai was installed by the previous homeowner who used MHC. We discovered that the installation was done incorrectly after a year since moving in (rusted water dripping out of the unit). We called Rinnai who referred us to someone who could look at it for us and diagnose the problem. Once it was diagnosed, we contacted MHC who had originally installed the unit and asked them to come fix it. I was surprised that they were so willing to come out (they came within 3 business days) and fixed the problem right away. The technician was very friendly and fixed everything according to the Rinnai technician's specifications. Good experience overall but wish it was installed properly from the beginning!

Richard is great - our Rinnai tankless was leaking water and he was able to give us an idea of what the problem was over the phone, and then came to our house to confirm. B/c the unit was installed by another company incorrectly (causing the problem), Richard personally called the company to inform them of what they had done incorrectly and asked them to come and fix it for us FREE OF CHARGE! They are coming out today and hopefully, things will go well (fingers crossed). In any case, I know that I can call Richard if things don't work out. He incidentally also noticed that our fence hinge was not screwed in properly and offered to repair that for me too. He's great...totally honest and helpful beyond what you could expect!
