Roomsonline.ca - delivery of furniture and bad cust service Never ever buy from here or face this. 01 March 2015 : Brought sofa set and was promised delivery after 5pm on 06 Marchsince all three in family are working. Delivery guy calls in at 3 pm and says he will reach by 4pm. Delivery for that day cancelled. Call them 6 times and then finally delivery set for 15th on mutual time. Calls on 15th and says delivering at 6pm. Reaches at 8pm. We call at 0815pm moments after the delivery saying sofa is damaged. Response you must have damaged it. To return deduct 25% or to reorder pay delivery charges of 100$ again. When told customer service is bad, and we will never buy again from you...then answer is its ok. It was almost as if they do not care and the delivery manager Mindy never picks up call if your number is known. Standing outside store we called from cell number and observed she did not pickup. Called from friends number and she picked up instantly. Mythird friend was in store near her office to see this. Wow.....spread word around...save others from trouble. In end after 35 days of daily calling and complaining sofa delivered finally at doorstep at 4pm when deal was it would be put in living room. Wife had to take half day to get delivery Wife had to wait till son and I got from work to pick it and get in. Oh ya second delivery was returned due to wrong sofa. In the end a 799 dollar sofa cost us almost 999$ taking into account delivery charges 3 times. with discount of only 10% for all trouble
