John, the owner, over to help us with our raccoon problem. He showed up on time and took the time to explain the issue and to answer all my questions. Since installing fencing, we have not heard from the raccoon(s) again. John is friendly and left no question unanswered. I am extremely pleased with the experience and the work performed.
