My husband and I will definitely be pleased to hire Derek for future projects as needed and recommend him to family/friends. We were truly impressed with the initial fast response and communication when I first contacted the company for a quote. The on-site consultation was good, Derek arrived at the time he promised as well as on the day of removal. Efficient, fast, friendly service. His crew worked very hard and the price was reasonable considering the amount of equipment, labour, safety precautions, and time needed to carry out the project (approximately two hours). If you are looking for an honest, reliable tree service, look no further. We truly appreciated his services and left the premises clean and Derek even threw in a few promo items. You can tell Derek takes pride in his work and his reputation. He was hired to remove trees and shrubs that were either dead, dangerous, or causing damage to our sewer pipes. Mission accomplished, and our house looks so much better!

Jason and his team worked really hard and went the extra mile, doing a thorough job. We has an emergency situation and we were accommodated the next day. They repaired what was only needed with minimal damage. Thank you! We can see why this is the company that Mike Holmes trusts!

We walked away from a deal last year, because of an unfavourable inspection (done by Brent). The best $350 we ever spent. Since then, we have found another house and hired Brent again to perform the inspection. He made some recommendations and that gave us the ability to negotiate a better deal. We hired Brent for an inspection based on the customer reviews. Thank you, Homestars, for leading us to him. He encouraged us to ask questions and had a lot of patience. We thought the house *looked* ok and of course Brent found unexpected issues which caught us off guard. Based on the issues (knob & tube, asbestos, leak, drainage, unsafe electrical panels, chimney being the main issues) and the repair costs involved ($30,000), my husband and I decided to walk away from the deal altogether. Brent was very thorough and no question was too small or too stupid. Unfortunately, there will not be a housewarming party for him to attend...at least this time around--but perhaps one day we'll have him inspect a house in Aruba for us (smile).

Mr. Hansraj recently gave me an asbestos consultation. I appreciate that he arrived early for the appointment, and did not rush. He is a very knowledgeable, honest person who was more than willing to answer any questions I had. Not only are his credentials impressive, but Mr. Hansraj genuinely cares about what he does. If we go ahead with asbestos removal (not required, but for peace of mind), he will definitely be our man! He is the kind of person you just know you're in good hands.
