I have been using Maret's for the past year. This week, Elsa and Melanie came to my home for the first time. They were fantastic. They arrived right on time, had such positive energy, and took the time to find out exactly what I wanted done. When I came home that night, I was very impressed. They cleaned things that I hadn't asked to be cleaned (like the dish rack by the sink). I really appreciate the quality of their work and hope they stay with me for a long time. I have had home cleaning for many years and have usually been unhappy with the quality of the cleaning. I am fussy in that I want a thorough job done. I hired Maret's after reading the HomeStars reviews. I was incredibly impressed from beginning to end. Maret did a very thorough estimate, the staff came to my house on time, and spent the entire day cleaning the first and second floors of my house. They were amazing and three weeks later, my house is still clean. You will probably be a bit taken aback with the price, but in my view, it is absolutely worth it. In the long run, it is likely not more expensive because the job is so well done. I would highly recommend this company.

This company does great work, but has terrible customer service. The workers that came to my house did a great job, but the invoice for the work was shocking. Five hundred and 27 dollars for 4.5 hours of work by two workers. I called and praised the work, but complained it was an awful lot to pay for window cleaning. Many calls later the bottom line was "too bad". They provided a quote on a go forward basis, but said this time, I would pay 75 dollars more than the quote. It was a very easy fix for them. Too bad - I would have been a loyal customer.

Our barn door project was perfect from beginning to end. Rock met with us within 24 hours of calling. He gave us an estimate right away and told us it would be ready in 6 weeks. I think it was done before that. Rock and his dad came and installed the doors - perfectly - despite the fact that nothing was level. My Le communicated with us throughout the project and kept us informed. It has been a long time since I have had this kind of service. The doors, by the way, are beautiful and beautifully made. They literally glide like glass. I can't say enough about this company and its workmanship. Thank you.
