When our washer stopped working, I called Sam at Energytech Appliance. He gave me a price for the service call normally charged, and subsequently made an appointment to come by and look at our washer at an agreed-upon time. Being punctual, Sam arrived when he said he would. He informed me about the specifics of the problem with the washing machine and told me which parts would be needed. Sam came back with the parts and repaired the machine at the price he quoted. It's good to deal with people with integrity. This quality is in short supply these days as larger companies push extra hidden charges and embed them in the small print.
