Unsatisfied roof drain replacement job
The replacement job for the roof drain of my house done by Kelvin Chong Roofing Inc couple of months ago found problem recently, two of the corner roof gutter joints facing my backyard found water leaking during rain time, the worst part is water keep on dripping for half a day even rain stopped, as those spots are at the upstream side of the drain, for sure there must be of some flow gradient error, after multiple text message and phone calls to Kelvin in about 2 months time, broken promise after broken promise, nobody show up to fix the damage, I am really disappointed for their lack of business credibility.

*UPDATE* after approx a year of attempting to establish contact I am writing to inform viewers that this is a fraudulent review perhaps directed at another company with no records indicating any eaves replacements by us for the entire year of 2018.

can you get into contact with us to resolve this issue? we have not changed any eavestroughs this year. we have referred all that work to a fellow company that specializes in eaves replacement. due to the high demand of repairs and full roof replacements after the wind storms earlier this year we have been too busy to accept any eavestrough replacements. please call me at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue.
