What a fantastic company. Daryl has chosen the best for sub-contracting, in this case Living Construction. Tomer and John (and others) did a fantastic job, demolishing a deck, building another, and landscaping the front. All In 2 1/2 weeks as promised. Started on time and did not go away to other jobs during this one. Daryl, Tomer and John listened to us, and never complained when asked for a few little extras. Professional work all-round - for example, we had a 4x4 hole in the basement wall (an old coal entry) which we expected just to be covered with plywood again. No - Tomer went off to get concrete blocks and made a solid wall - no extra charge. Everything around the deck and the front foundation was well sealed. So many professional touches. And they really worked hard, some days 7 to 6, 20 min. for lunch. The payment schedule was great - Some to begin, some along the way, hold back some at end to make sure everything was done (and they willingly came back to fix a few little things). The reason i am giving so much detail is that this is unusual for construction companies. Great job - company highly recommended!!

The tech worked hard and did a great job. Good to have a gleaming new-like (and safe) BBQ. Just a couple of comments to improve the service. 1. Check the work carefully. The tech forgot the bottom (but when I noticed, he gave it a quick brush). I didn't notice that the upper rack was not done. It still sits there rusty. 2. On the website (and on the phone) I was told the tech carries parts for common BBQs. I needed a new thermometer on my common BBQ. Tech did not carry parts. Overall, a good job.

Adriano was fantastic. Reasonable service charges. Great problem solver - he found and repaired the washing machine dial problem with plastic ties - very secure, no expensive part needed. Found the dishwasher problem quickly, which unfortunately needed a costly new part. Excellent, prompt service, returns calls right away. highly recommended.
