Carter Painting was a very positive experience from estimate to finished project. The ceilings condition of old popcorn ceiling was stained, cracked and needed patching from a previous plumbing problem with leaking pipes. The crew was professional and ON TIME every time. All side walls and ceiling light fixtures were taped for protection. Anything that did not meet to my satisfaction was immediately attended to. I can see that Customer Service and quality of work is top priority for Carter Painting. I would definitely use their services again and would not hesitate to recommend.

A historic building is always full of surprises. I had water leaking into the building from the deteriorating exterior brick wall therefore I wanted immediate attention. Chris returned my call within 24 hrs, assessed the job the next day and completed it within 3 days. Chris's expertise in his trade is obvious. The crew arrived as scheduled. Thank-you guys for taking the extra time as you knew it was important to me to keep the character of the building. Not only did they repair the brick, Richard adjusted, strapped eaves and went over and above. The work area was immaculately cleaned when the job was completed.
