I called Tip Top Trough a few weeks ago to get them to provide an estimate on repairing two sections of eavestrough on our house and garage. Their estimator came a day or two later, and I received an email estimate that night. Impressed with the timeliness of their work, and feeling their price was fair, we agreed to have them do the repair. They told us it would be about two weeks before they could fit us in the schedule, and they did the work 15 days later to our total satisfaction. We were pleased with the process and the work, and we will happily recommend them to anyone needing similar work done.

The estimator was punctual and professional, helped me understand my options, and arrived at a plan that fit my budget. The crew showed up at the appointed time and completed the work on time and on budget. When I noticed after they left that a fence gate they had removed for their scaffolding and then rehung no longer swung properly, the company sent another worker out right away to get it back in proper working order. I'm a happy customer.

The crew (four men the first day, two the second) were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves, and got a complicated job done in barely 1 1/2 days after saying it would take two full days. They arrived on time both days, and the house is perfectly comfortable, even through the very hot and humid days we've had since they were here. I would recommend them to anyone.
