Fantastic service. On time, friendly, quick, professional and a fair price. We have an old house and several locks needed to be changed, there were some problems with the existing locks but Dimitar managed to complete the job with minimal fuss, he even spotted and fixed something I had not noticed. Thanks.

Thank you Amanda for your review.We do our best to keep the cost down. And yes sometimes there are some hidden problems that the home owners are not aware of and they better be fix or the locks will fail at some point and you have to spend money for another service call.

After the brutal winter the house needed some minor work and at the same time we decided to begin the renovations on the basement. C. Beard was excellent value, courteous and friendly. Renovating an old house is always more complicated than expected however Chris was able to work around any difficulties and we are very satisfied with the results.
