If I could give more than full stars, I would. Richard and his team gave our entire exterior a face-lift and we could not be happier! We started the project by having our remaining original windows and garage door trim cladded. Amilcar’s attention to detail with custom forming the cladding around our windows and garage door is clean and straight as an arrow. He thoroughly cleaned out every old seam and removed any rotten areas, and then finished the job with new pristine caulking along both the stucco and stone areas. We then moved on to the painting. Richard helped us with colour recommendations, taking critical elements like our existing roof and garage door colours into consideration. We elected to go with the elastomeric product which has given us tremendous piece of mind against the Calgary weather - no more chipping from hail or sun bleaching. Legacy Exteriors used the same product on my folk’s house almost 10 years ago, and it still looks as good as it did back then. Alberto was our lead painter – he is absolutely fantastic! He touched up any stucco that needed repairing, which all blended in perfectly. All of the pre-paint prep work was done so carefully, each line is crisp and sharp. They all showed up on time and put in a full day’s work each day. They carefully worked around all our flowers (even a baby bird nest!), and all work was cleaned and tidied up at the end of the project. The team at Legacy are so skilled, meticulous and passionate in their craft and it shows. I strongly recommend Legacy Exteriors for any referrals exterior work. We used Legacy Exteriors for our stucco and aluminum window cladding. All the workers were punctual, efficient, polite. They worked full days to ensure that the work was completed on time. Their quality workmanship was excellent and very thorough. We would highly recommend Richard and his team!
