We found Sherwin via homestars to help us deal with removing squirrels in our house and he was spectacular on all levels- communication, professionalism and workmanship. Sherwin and Jamie are both friendly and easy to talk to, and took time to explain to us what was happening in our home. Squirrels had entered via our kitchen exhaust vent and as such were running between the ceilings. of our main floor and upstairs floor. They advised a suitable plan of action (putting a one way door, sealing all potential entry points etc.). Sherwin also warned us that if there are baby squirrels in the house that the mother squirrel would frantically attempt to return, and we would need to allow them time to escape. This is exactly what happened- and Sherwin and Jamie were prompt to follow up on our squirrel removal plan, which although took about 2-3 weeks, was done with humane treatment of animals as top priority. There are no longer squirrels, babies or any other animals in our home and we are also confident that the mesh coverings they installed over any openings/ vents in our home would be provide strong protection from animals attempting to enter our home in the future. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.
