Wasn`t happy that the telephone-service agent did not listen to my request.(poor scheduling) But was pleased that Customer service corrected it and send service to correct my problem with the floor drain that afternoon. The service tech was clean a had the problem fixed in no time at all. Thank you Paul Reinke
