I work for a small Not-for-Profit organization, and we just moved into new digs about six blocks away from our old location. Despite a date change and our new landlord telling us we couldn't move in until after 5pm, my interactions with Wendy in the office were great, and our moving team, Michael and Richard, couldn't have been better! We were located in a lovely old building @ Bloor/Spadina, with of course no elevator, so they had to schlep up and door three flights of stairs with our stuff. They took a door off its hinges as necessary to get our desks out, and handled all our items with great care; obviously very organized/experienced in what they do. We also appreciated their patience when the security guard at the new place was nearly half-hour late giving us access to the freight elevator. It was a long day for them (and us!) but Michael and Richard couldn't have been more professional and supportive. Consequently, we can highly recommend Emerald!
