smith bros did a great job on my floor they were a little more money but it was worth it in quality. I found the sander was professional and timely. The sales staff at the showroom was very helpful and made sure that I was getting the floor I wanted. I would tell everyone I know to use Smith Bros for all their hardwood needs. i love my floors
