I brought a new townhouse in 2018 and for one year warranty with Terion I got my house inspected by Rick from 4Sight home inspections Inc. I am very happy with Rick. He not only inspected the house throughly but also explained all the backgrounds with ins and outs. He was very friendly and I leant a lot from him. Rick covers all the checks and provided me with an excellent report with all the required photos and detail explanation. Rick is also very good in using the thermal scanner. I am very happy and grateful to Rick for the service he provided. At the beginning I thought that, the price is a bit high, however, after the inspection I realized that, it was the most important investment I had made toward my house.
