this is the first time in 15 years I have not used the company who installed my furnace the Direct Energy representative did so much more in respect to a seasonal cleaning of the furnace I was impressed with his attention to detail as well as his friendly customer service skills Extremely glad I made the change - only wish I had done it sooner
