I needed some roofing repairs done on a fairly new roof. Raccoons started pulling the shingles back so I had a wildlife company come and fix the issue. Unfortunately the shingles needed to be replaced to complete the job and I knew it would be difficult to find a company to come do a small job. Mike's crew were doing a job nearby so I walked over and asked if they could help. After their job was done he and a few guys fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very happy with the quality of work done and the willingness to help on a small job when I know it's their busy season. Would highly recommend.

I will not use this company again. I specifically asked in the online form and when speaking with a representative that I only needed one particular spot in the eaves cleaned which was clogging the downspout. They told me that as long as it was less than a half hour, I would only be charged $75. I've done the job myself in the past and it is literally a 5-10 minute job. I told them if they had time to do another particular area but was very clear I did not want them going over the 30 minute limit. I got the bill and was charged $130+ tax for a total of 40 minutes of work and a brown bag that was less than 1/4 full. When I called, the company claimed they did not get that message - even though I was specific in my online form and when talking to the company. I said to speak with my wife if they had any questions. They claimed that because they didn't speak with her, they didn't know what to do despite being very clear. They did agree to only give me $30 off. The crew clearly took just enough time to go over the 30 minute minimum and did almost nothing because I know my eaves were clean (with the exception of one clogged downspout). I'm almost glad they didn't give me my full refund because now I can go on this site and encourage people to think twice about using this company. I'm also glad they left a sign and a garbage bag with their name on it. It gave me the opportunity to add my own message to their sign 'Don't use this company'.

Eno from Parada was fantastic to deal with on every level. From the time he quoted the project to the small finishing touches that are required at the end, he completed everything we asked and completely met our expectations. We live in a century home in High Park and often times, you run into issues during construction...Eno promised that regardless of what potentially could be behind the walls, he would honor the quote. Highly recommend Parada!
