My wife and I decided to replace all of our basement windows, and replace our front window with a new bay window. We also needed to replace our sliding door. We had 3 separate quotes for these items prior to meeting with Vitaly from Total Home Windows and Doors. Total Home was referred to me by a friend who had new windows installed recently. When we met Vitaly, we were very impressed with the quality and value of Total Home's products. We are fairly well informed on window technology, and really liked what Total Home offered. Because the value was excellent, we decided to add a replacement storm door (including door frame) to the quote. Vitaly was very professional and attentive to our needs. He wanted our business, and his quote was attractive. Besides that, we felt we were getting quality products, with an excellent warranty and appearance. The price of our quote wasn’t our only deciding factor. The install was performed by a crew of 3 installers. They removed & installed 5 basement windows, a sliding door, a steel side door and built a new large Bay window all in one day! Everything was installed and finished by early evening! The crew also kept the work areas clean and tidy, and all garbage was removed at the end of the day, leaving the home as clean as when they arrived! We are very happy with the quality and appearance of our windows and doors, and appreciate how well we were looked after. We highly recommend Total Home for replacement windows and doors!

We need some modern accent tiles for our tub in our bathroom,the friendly lady designer who works there was great! She helped us choose the right colour style and amount out of thousands of styles they have there to select.Great place and if you want options,that your place!

We had an older toilet that was leaking. Our plumber indicated to replace the flapper. We went to Home depot, home hardware and even Lowes and couldn't find any, since the toilet was an older model.He recommended we go to Plumbing Mart and we found the correct peace there, they even had more than one model to choose from. They are great for replacement peaces.

We noticed that the faucet in our kitchen was making a "grinding" noise when we moved it sideways, and small rust flakes were visible under the sink. Our Mr. Rooter plumber (Andrew G) quickly determined the problem was a corroded faucet stem, and also notified us of a problem with the plumbing for the sink and dishwasher. The previous owner of our home cut corners on the plumbing in a few areas of our home. We decided to replace the faucet (bought it ourselves), and have the sink and dishwasher plumbing replaced. Our plumber did a fantastic job, and performed a free inspection of the plumbing throughout the home. All in all, we were very pleased with the quality and professionalism of our Mr. Rooter plumber, and would definitely recommend them to our family and friends!

We had a new air conditioner installed recently (in our resale home). We realized that we needed to have an extra electrical connection installed in our electrical panel to get it working. Trademark electric responded to our contact call very quickly, and came over to inspect our panel the next evening. The work was done quickly and for a great price, and they went above and beyond (inspecting our air conditioning unit afterwards). Very pleased with Trademark!

Very happy with the service, knowledge and price at Trutone. They will often match or beat competitors' prices without much haggling. I usually deal with Robert at the Mississauga location... he always gives me great advice!
