Terrible experience with Rowan. We wanted to buy local and therefore chose Rowan. Service was bad, had to chase them constantly for everything including delivery only to have the wrong product delivered. The Rowan hardwood was the most expensive of our choices but we decided to spend more thinking we were getting a quality product. Unfortunately the floors have been in for less than 2 yrs and we are planning on ripping them out. They are warped and cupping everywhere and the finish has worn so badly. Just to be clear the hardwood is not from a manufacturer that Rowan resells, it is Rowans own product. I would never recommend these guys to anyone. Shame on them for the poor service and poor quality product.
