Ryan and his team did a terrific job on our basement reno. From the beginning, when I was vetting different contractors, he was someone who was detailed-oriented and understoods the specifics of what we wanted and didn't just give us a hand-wavy price. His quote was detailed, his prices were reasonable, and he took the time to go through it all and the work items. His crew cleaned up everyday. They were friendly, clean and cared about our space. All his subcontractors were good and did a great just finishing. We had a few unique situations, like being out of country for most of the work, and fitting a cabinet around a water meter, but he and his crew were up to the task each time. I had confidence the quality would be great. Also, he was very reachable via call and text, which was very important to me. His Invoicing process was smooth and I loved that I could pay on credit card. Would be happy to call him for other jobs in the future. I have a couple of pictures of when the work was in progress. You get a sense of how they covered up the floor and kept the space tidy.

I was very happy with the final output of my electrical panel upgrade work from 100A to 200A. Their pricing was fair, they always pick up their phone and both Moh and Amir were very courteous with walking me through the entire process with Toronto Hydro and with the ESA review. They even cleaned up the worksite very well. They even did a bit of bonus work for us by wiring in some of the new breakers. I liked that the choose a nice white finish for y panel as well to go wtih the surrounding trim. I would be happy to call them again for any electrical work.

I contacted Adrian after I saw his great reviews on HomeStars. He picked up his phone right away and was very good at listening to what I needed to make sure he got all the details. He was great about coming into our office a day before our scheduled work to give us a quote on the work and he was willing to give us options as to the best solution for our needs, not just the most expensive. He was also very responsive through email. When he came into work, he was quick and efficient and he cared about the aesthetics of the work he was doing. His work is incredibly professional and I am very happy that he was the one that I called in to do the job. His labour and materials costs were very reasonable and he actually cared about our specifics, not just what was better for him, like a lot of contractors. I am happy to recommend him to anyone wiring up their office or home with CAT6 ethernet or other A/V cabling.
